This Saturday May 21st and 22nd is Civil War Days at Conner Prairie Interactive History Park. For one weekend only, Conner Prairie transforms into a Civil War battleground. Watch reenactors from across the country as horses charge and cannons roar. Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-5pm. 15th Annual Indianapolis Air Show

May 13th – 15th, the 2011 Indianapolis Air Show will take place at the Mt. Comfort Airport. This is the 15th annual air show and it will feature the US Navy Blue Angels, aerobatics, military demos, Warbird air shows, hot air balloon rides and more. ‘Encounter at the Falls’ at Falls Park in Pendleton, Indiana
This Friday April 29th, Saturday April 30th and Sunday May 1st there will be a Civil War reenactment with pre-1840s presentations at Falls Park in Pendleton, Indiana. ‘Art for the Nation’ at the Indiana State Museum

At the ‘Art for the Nation’ Exhibit at the Indiana State Museum, visitors can learn how poster art was used on the home front during World Wars I and II to mobilize the nation around a common cause. The Indiana Military Museum will open April 1st

The Indiana Military Museum located in Vincennes, Indiana is open from April 1st – November 1st.

Hours are noon – 4pm daily. Admission to the grounds is free. Admission to the museum is $3 for anyone over 12 and free to museum members.
